(1) According to clauses (b) and (c) of sub-section (2) of Article 149 of the Constitution, there will be a committee as follows to create or modify the syllabus of the examination for the post of District Judge.
(a) Secretary, Judicial Council – Coordinator (b) Joint Registrar, Supreme Court                     – Member (c) Joint Secretary, Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs- Member
(d) Associate Solicitor General, Office of the Attorney General – Member (e) Joint Secretary, Public Service Commission (View Course) – Member
(f) Curriculum experts prescribed by the Commission – Member (g) Joint Secretary, Judicial Council Secretariat           – Member Secretary
(2) The committee according to sub-rule (1) may invite experts to the meeting as per the need while creating and revising the curriculum.
(3) The procedure for the meeting of the committee under sub-rule (1) shall be as determined by the committee.
